WAM General Application — Signed Your signed application has been received. A copy was sent to your email by DocuSign.

Supporting Documents Photo ID, income verification, and bank statement — uploaded during signing.
Social Security Number: For your security, we do not collect your SSN online. Please bring your Social Security card or include your SSN written on your check when you deliver your application fee in person or via mail.
$20 Application Fee
One fee per applicant, payable by check. Make your check payable to the entity corresponding to your building:
